very tight foreskin

Had that problem ...my love of jerking off with KY Jelly and lubricants worked marvelously...letting the foreskin slip over the head as much as possible and be well lubricated....and enjoy while you do....

Shame on you ryanarcher!
well, danjgreen, i had same probs with mine when i was 12-13. try to do this if your skin allows it: soap/lube up the ol' fella, especially the foreskin, and try to retract it. see how far it goes. then pull the skin as much forward (so that it covers the head) as you can. insert 1 (later 2 or even 3) fingers inside it, and thus try to stretch the opening of the foreskin.
hope this works!
feel free to pm if you have some questions!
good luck!

Hey ryanarcher_24, have you heard of "surgery as a last resort"?

To all: There's a doctor in France who -- over many decades -- has treated every single case of phimosis without surgery. Not even a dorsal slit nor some other "minimal" circumcision. Would his results be a revelation in North America?

Medical evidence has established the substantial benefits of circumcision. The large circumcision test in Africa was stopped because the huge benefits were manifest. You will not regret it. Do it. I did.

amusing!
If you had a healthy foreskin you would know that having one is sunstantially better than not having one.

Can you stroke it and it shoots? Why do you have to pull it back?

Just work on it. I've practically grown a new foreskin by tugging. I'm doing it right now.

My welcome to planet earth was someone cut it off day one. If I can stretch mine that far, how much more easily can you?

Cutting = bad.

they can take a little snip in the side so it slides back

Is that a variation of a dorsal slit?

That "little snip in the side" sure sounds like a dorsal slit procedure.
I just know that typically, a dorsal slit represents just about the minimum of cutting possible--just enough to allow the foreskin to "move".

I really empathize with the posters in the (now) several threads we have going on around here at the LPSG regarding circumcision---men trying to encourage other guys with really tight foreskins to avoid the knife at all costs. I agree. I'm cut and have always resented it. (Born in the southern U.S. during the 1950's when EVERYONE got "whacked", like it or not. )

Yes, many times, a man CAN loosen his foreskin just by working with it over time and using lubes, etc. But what we're hearing about from some of these guys, phimosis, really extreme phimosis...well, according to the MDs where I work, about the only way to remedy these really tight foreskins is by way of a bit of surgery.

Keep in mind that outside the U.S., Israel and the Muslim world (and parts of Africa) 99 percent of men have trouble free foreskins. (Think Asia.) I would not advise to mess with it too much or too rough. That may cause scarring that would make the opening tighter and less amenable to expansion.

How did human beings survive before the expansion of the medical industry into birth and the genitalia? Circ = scam.

Go and see your doctor, he's the one with the medical training, and being in the UK there isn't a circumcise every cock mentality over here. It looks very tight - how are you managing to clean the cockhead?
