ok, i've searched around here but haven't found anything really good. Does anyone know of a good over the counter viagra alternative? I don't really need the stuff but just some "help" in the area (I think). Here's my dilema, I haven't had sex in over 7 months due to my wife and I seperating but I'm out in the free world again and I have a honey lined up wanting to do the deed w/ me but I want to make sure I don't have any "problems." Do the pills they have at gas stations and truck stops really work? What should I go w/ and I want it to be cheap. I only need it this one time. thanks,

From what I've heard, Viagra gives you a 3-day hardon. It doesnt' go away. Cialis will only give you a hardon when you are aroused. Stick to the yellow.

Edit:
I hear that cockrings work fine if they are tight enough and around the very base of the penis (behind the balls). You need one with a quick release, like a leather cocking with snaps. Metal rings are dangerous. I've heard stories of guys having to go to emerg because their hardons won't go away and they can't get the ring off.

When you haven't used it in a while apprehension is a normal thing. Personally, if your function is normal during masturbation and your sex partner knows that you have not had an active sex life during a stressful time then that partner will make things easier for you. If the person you are planning on having sex with has herself come out of any disastrous relationships she will understand that "getting back in the saddle" after "falling off the horse" may not be mentally an easy thing.

Most of the herbal stuff is crap. There are a few things that can help, but going for the "blue pill" as the first line of action may not be the best thing for you.

If you go for the blue pill that first time and things work great then when #2 comes along, you're going to as yourself: "Was it me or was it the pill that worked?" "Ops, what if I fail now?" "Better grab for the blue pill again!" If things don't go perfect the pill always remains for encounter number 2.

thanks for the good advice FuzzyKen. so far the only intelligent response. I am just going to stick w/good ole mother nature and let things take their course. i have continued my research for alternatives and found them to be crap and I'm not going to the Dr. for a pill and I have no other resourses to obtain the pills. however, if she likes me for who i am i am just going to respect that and let the good times roll.
