Feel free to correct but my understanding is that one of the big differences between the current ED meds is how they're affected by fat intake and alcohol consumption.

I'm told that it is recommended that Cialis and Viagra not be taken when drinking alcohol, and can be adversely affected but fat ingested ... meaning if you're evening includes a a big meal and a few cocktails or glasses of wine you could be SOL.

Levitra is advertised as being safe to take with moderate alcohol consumption and Staxyn, which chemically the same as Levitra but administered under the tongue in smaller doses so as to render the food/fat issue moot.

To the best of my knowledge, from the authoritative documentation I've read, and also speaking firsthand, only Cialis is a problem when drinking alcohol, although if you're sufficiently drunk, even Viagra and Levitra aren't going to work miracles for you. You should restrict your alcohol intake to 1 drink/hour if using Cialis.

These meds are designed to be taken on an empty stomach. Taking them on a full stomach will delay and diminish the effectiveness, and worst of all if you've eaten fatty foods, to the point where they may work little or not at all. This is one of the biggest mistake guys make with these meds, taking them after a meal, and then complaining that they don't work. There is, however, a fraction of men for whom these meds simply do not work.

Again, Staxyn addresses the fatty food problem by using the same medication Levitra uses by putting it in a pill that dissolves under the tongue rather than in one you swallow.

Tried levitra and staxyn a awhile back...got nothing from the levitra, as far as i know. Staxyn, on the other hand,WOW! I felt harder and bigger than when i was 18. Worked really good for me both times i used it. And after finishing, didnt take too long or too much to get just as hard and go again. Serious downside-$$$

Per literature and personal experience, neither Viagra nor Cialis should be mixed with alcohol. Viagra is affected by fatty meals and works best when taken on an empty stomach, while Cialis is unaffected by foods. Viagra may be effective up to twelve hours, Cialis up to 36 hours (for 10mg and 20mg as-needed...the 5mg dose is intended to be taken daily, primarily for BPH treatment).

As we see, people have different experiences with these products,and different side effects. Both give me nasal congestion and an occasional mild headache. My EQ is better with Viagra than Cialis, but the longevity and not needing to basically fast makes Cialis far more user-friendly.

It's ridiculous the price they want for the name brand.......ask for Revatio. I don't split these pills and, at times, take them with alcohol. I still get flushing and nasal congestion, but not as bad as when I was using Levitra. I have enough stamina, thanks to Revatio, to get the wife off 3 or 4 times and, even when giving her oral, I can stay hard until it's my turn.

I started taking Viagra during a period of high stress and depression to help get things going. Emotional distress makes it difficult for me to maintain a good erection, so it was a miracle worker for me. An hour of you've eaten/drank alcohol. Your body needs a minute to get it into your system. Only other thing I would caution is that you will achieve a fucking great erection at the cost of some sensitivity. Not a bad tradeoff, as that DOES promote stamina. I find that 50mg is ideal for me, 100mg is good if I really want to be able to go for hours with multiple sessions. You can also stagger doses, but don't exceed 100mg per day. I like to take two 50mg halves a day when I know I'm planning on a few fuck sessions. But again, everyone is different, and your needs and sensitivity will vary.

Other than those cautions, I honestly really recommend it, for need or just fun. I've had really good experiences so far after a couple of months of need and recreational use. Just relax, don't overthink it, and have fun.

What mg dose was this? Sounds like you could use half or even less of what you took. I found Viagra did give the hardest erections, but the food sensitivity was really a big problem for me. I could have a pb&j sandwich or a bowl of cereal and the stuff wouldn't work at all for hours.

It delays but increases absorption of Viagra, and Cialis. This is warned against for good reason...it increases side effects, and increases the possibility that side effects you don't experience under normal dosing can occur.

Yes and no.
Taking it with grapefruit juice allows you to take 25mgs and it will feel almost like 100mgs. Plus the half life will be longer.
