See your doctor.

But be prepared for a major headache, and don't be surprised if it goes up and down just like any other normal time you have sex. I frankly didn't notice a difference, except for that fucking headache.

Inside United States borders Viagra requires an Rx from your MD. The problem is that it does have side effects and is not effective in everyone who uses it. By the sound of this you want it for recreational purposes. I am not against that, but, the problem is that like as has been said elsewhere it does not really change your erection in any manner from what you would have if simply aroused.

Some years ago I used it. The way I knew that it was kicking in was that my vision had a color spectrum change in that things took on a bluish tint. I however did legitimately suffer from ED and for me it was hit and miss unless I did some modification to what one was supposed to do.

In the US there are three orals currently available. Viagra (Sildenafil) Levitra (Vardenafil) and Cialis which has the advantage of being longer acting, but not much else. Vardenafil is claimed to be more effective by it's manufacturer.

In my case I finally decided that enough was enough with the hit and miss effectiveness and paid out of pocket to have my ED evaluated and go for the injectable medication. I have never regretted it. If your problem is legitimate ED forget the orals and go directly for the injectable. It works and it works well every time. The pills are actually more expensive and have mixed results.

Each of the ED drugs work a little differently. Viagra tends to give a very strong erection when taken properly but only last about 4 hours. It does not mean your erection will last 4 hours, it only means you will receive increased blood flow for that time period. Cialus works over a longer period of time, approximately 24 -36 hours, but usually does not give such a strong result. It seems to be good for guys that just need a little help. Levetra works more like Viagra but has different side effects and might be an option for guys that the other two drugs either are not effective for or cause undue side effects. It is the least popular of the three.

The important thing is these drugs have to be taken properly. If you are getting headaches from any of them, try reducing the dosage. Most guys can split the pills in half and achieve the results they want. The biggest problem with all of them is that the pills need to be taken on an empty stomach. If you have eaten, the drugs can take up to 3 hours before work. That can be a real waste of time if you are planning to have sex after a nice night out with dinner for example. They do make sublingual Viagra and Cialus that are not affected by whether you have eaten. They tend to work better and be more effective. You put the sublingual under your tongue and the medication is absorbed into the blood stream without going through the digestive tract. Sublinguals work in about 20 minutes whether you have eaten or not.

You can get all of these medications including the sublingual soft tabs online at Vidrin.com. Fill out the medical information and it is sent to a doctor who can issue a prescription if everything is ok and the drugs are shipped directly to you. They take care of everything and it works seamlessly.

I would try the Viagra sublingual soft tabs first. In most cases, they solve the problem the best. I would only try the injectables as a last resort. They are much more evasive solution than just taking a pill. Sticking a needle in your dick is just a little more scary.
