Anyone have them?? Opinions on them?? If you don't know what they are, here is the site Vibram FiveFingers : Barefoot Sports Shoes : Toe Shoes & Minimalist Shoes

I wore through a pair of KSO's and now I am getting a pair of the Komodosports. I absolutely love these shoes and wanted to know if anyone else on LPSG felt the same way. If you one a pair what type are they??

Got the komodosports and I like them. They change the way I walk. I utilize the ball of my foot and toes much more.

started out with the KSO's and then upgraded to the KSO Treksports. Best shoes for working out and running, but only if you're running on soft surfaces like a beach, or grass, etc. I used them for running 6 miles on concrete and my ankles and knees did NOT respond too kindly to that lol

My foot geometry doesn't work with them - my Grand and second toes are great, but my fifth doesn't even get near the pocket.

I have moved towards less and less motion control in my shoes over time, as I think it's better for my knees. I'm slowly weaning myself off orthotics and giant wedge soles, but that's a slow process.

They do, however, look hot, and I especially love seeing them on guys who wear a size 47. ;0)

I have always wondered about them... but I run mostly on hard urban surfaces tho and like
jwade88 said I fear it would not be good for my body.

But I am always intrigued when I see someone wearing, them they are a great conversation starter.

I love mine, I wear them all the time. I never liked wearing shoes and socks and these seemed like the perfect solution. I feel they are very comfortable, they allow me to walk normally, as we didn't evolve for the purpose of shoes, rather we evolved shoes to better fit us. I highly recommend them to anyone.

Great for walking around the house, biking, swimming and especially when washing the car. Gets the looks at neighborhood coffee shop. I live in SoCal desert so I
do not wear too often where's theres hot pavement...

I have a pair of Merrell Barefoot Trail Gloves, which are similar but without the individual toe setup. I love them, the most comfortable shoes I've ever owned. For those with a less than normal foot geometry or not wanting the uniqueness of the Five Fingers, they are the perfect alternative.
