I saw the videos taken from the site Penis Enlargement and Penis Health Information
They incluse stretching, jelquing and a not better said "dual fulcrum view".
Does anyone know how to use them? In the sense, the order to use them, the power of stretch, the frequency, etc.
I have to say, some exercise seem a little violent, the penis seems in danger to be ripped away!
