Video thumbnails not loading

When looking at videos, particularly in the attachment section, the preview thumbnail doesn’t show (very occasionally I’ll get a handful show).
I’ve tested this on safari and chrome as well as using WiFi and data.

Yes to Apple iPad, using ALOHA browser

I got the same issue, attachments are mostly not showing anymore on posts, it's quite tedious to have to click on them one by one to see what they are. Here's an example :

I'm using Mozilla on a PC.
