Kerry served in combat- More than can be said of Bush, Cheney Rummy or wolfowitz.
He was not happy with the incompetent and politically fucked up way the war was being waged and American lives were being thrown away....
He cam back and exercised his American RIGHT to dissent and protest the governments' prosecution of the war.
And from that experience decided to serve his nation in politics.
He was far more of an American that YOU are.
Going after McCain's service as a 23 yeaar old... or Kerrys service as a 20 year old should be off limits...
IF they were not court martialed or drummed out of service for conduct unbecoming... then shut the fuck up.
Especially those who have never served in a forward unit under fire in a war that was a huge fucking mistake from its inception, where our soldier's morale was abandoned to heroin...

I'm an Independent who votes for both parties.Neither candidate would have been my first choice,but like many vets,I've been pissed for many years over what he did.Benedict Arnold also served.
When You can walk in My shoes,you get to decide if I'm wrong or right.
P.S. the medals he threw over the White house fence,weren't even his! funny but when he ran for Pres,his madals reappeared! that's being two faced in my opinion.
