I think it’s funny in all his “vshred” vids he talks to people with such a cocky tone. As if he’s scolding people for doing something wrong. Kinda like a disappointed parent. Lol. Or as if we are all crazy and he just doesn’t understand how we don’t already know about his fitness technique or payed him a ton of money. Blah blah blah. Lol what ever idiot told him that’s how he should approach his customers should be fired. He could get so many more followers/ customers if he was fun, goofy, showed more whatever and had fun with his audience. Lol ok rant over. I really don’t care. I just literally throw up every time his videos come on or I hear that “vshred” voice. Ha
Wow. I feel a bit bad for him. People are just mean and jealous of all his success. He’s done nothing wrong.
It makes me feel a little better though as I idolize him and think his life is prefect.

Lol, he is jacked thanks to juice and obviously he doesnt share his cycles and steroids which he uses. His "fitness advice" is worthless unless he accompanies it with his fitness videos with showing that prime cock of his dropping some cum.
I remember him from a few years ago when he was in L.A. He was always in shape, but his body was nothing special. He actually had a lean frame at the time, but he's bulked a lot since then.
He was probably a lot more attractive back then. He's too big now.

Vince is hot and he has his looks to thank for his fitness success. But he is an awful trainer. There are many other YouTube/Instagram fitness guys you could follow and learn from and Vince is not one of them.
He doesn’t know the difference between a deadlift and a Romanian deadlift. He copied many of Jeff Cavalier’s videos. When Jeff and others called him out for plagiarism and for his terrible form and techniques, he pulled those said videos.
His success is built on his looks, not his fitness knowledge.
That's because he was a model (or trying to be one) back then and clients demand lean muscle. He's stopped modeling so now he can get as big as he wants.
