Just because someone has a great physique doesn’t mean they are in position to teach and train others.
If he doesn’t know the difference between a conventional deadlift and a romanian deadlift, he shouldn’t be a trainer. He may know how to perform both exercises, but the fact that he confuses the two is enough of a warning sign.
For weightlifting beginners, you want to equip yourself with the right knowledge and learn proper form. You can still make gains while performing exercises with poor form, but it’ll be at the expense of your body and joints.
Vince has done videos in the past demonstrating exercises that would lead to you fucking up your joints. He was called out by others and he quickly took down the video.

How does he look so godlike? He clearly won the genetic lottery, and he is hoping that buys him some credibility with a few of the more gullible in the audience. He doesn't have any nutrition qualifications and has never been overweight himself, so he is not speaking from professional knowledge or personal experience. He is merely peddling whatever will make him the quickest buck; nevermind that the methods he peddling has either never been proven, or has long-since been debunked. I've read more than one review of his programs claiming they're all bullshit. He is still a hack. None of the stuff he is peddling has ever actually applied to him. The angry bald dude at least has an established reputation in the fitness industry.
Again, I’m not defending Vince’s product - I’ve never watched a Vinsanity video, I could see him being a huckster - but “winning the genetic lottery” alone does not give you that beautiful gym body, so he clearly knows at least something about training, even if he’s not a good teacher. My point is, because of his genetic predisposition, he likely doesn't have to work as hard as everyone else so the methods he advertises have not been proven by him personally and have even been debunked by other more reputable people in the fitness space.
