There is no circumcision Scar that I can see so I think he is UnCut and has pulled back his foreskin. Milo and other photographers of that time period often asked Male UnCut models to pull back their forskin to show the head and glans of their penis. Milo did that fairly often.

I wonder why. I know when circ was more common some models did this to " pretend" to be cut to blend in... It seems like these pics however, were taken in the 50s and 60s when it was less common, so I wonder why they did it.
