Part CnP from one of my old posts....

Now anyone in the UK will know how wonderful the NHS is, I have hit on a problem where my reg CUNTsultant (This is not a typo!) gave me two options (Removal of skin tags that have developed, or a full circ). I chose the circ as my current home life is as such I can ill afford the time to constantly go back & forth to the hospital the other side of Nottingham to me (Nottingham City Hospital) due to being a full-time carer for mum. This situ came about, after a completaly botched frenuplasty, in that the CUNTsultant insisted the PA was put back in after, dispite my concerns, which I did voice, to which the guy replied in so many words..... "I am a consultant, you are not medicaly qualified to have an opinon".

This problem has been on-going for about 30 months now, & coupled with the fact I had to deal with a open arm fracture resulting from a road traffic accident which has been operated on twice & check-up's, along with an up coming three wisdom tooth extraction end of July, all within a space of around 30 months, you can probably understand I wanted a no mess no fuss approach to things. This approach has also been supported by my piercer (25 years experience), another piercer friend of mine (10 years), & a consultant friend (Who happens to know my first CUNTsultant).

Unfortunately when I went in for the circ I ended up with a completely different CUNTsultant, who point blank refused to do the op, screaming that the issue was with my PA, to which has been proven otherwise by the first CUNTsultant, my 2 piercing friends & my friend who is a consultant.

Had a re-referal to Derby City, where I ended up with the head urologist. The guy could have not have been more helpful if he tried. Though full circ was (and still) at the top of my list, tag removal was offered, and the guy FULLY explained what possible options I had for each option of treatment that was possibaly available, and why he thought at this point tag removal was best.

Come upto today some several months later, I am better than what I was, but still not 100%. The Nottingham CUNTsultant had made a right mess of things (Which was also backed up by comments from the consultant from Derby). I am currentaly saving to get myself sorted out once and for all by a private clinic in the London Docklands area, and the chaps name recommended to me by the guys from Circlist, Dr Zafia.

Whilst I have have deffo had a raw deal with the consultants at Nottingham, it appears that yourself have found a wonderful and competent consultant, who will listen and communicate to you well, so please don't let the issues I have had put you off in any way, getting a very annoying issue sorted out.

Thanks!

I spoke to the doc beforehand and said I was concerned that the frenulum may also be an issue. They said they would cut off a bit of the foreskin first and then work on the frenulum. I voiced my opinion of cutting off a little of the skin at a time, as I still wanted it intact.

After surgery they told me that after strecthing back the foreskin and cutting the frenulum, it seamed to stretch back naturally, and they didn't want to cut any of the foreskin off as I had told them I wanted it intact as much as possible.

Stan Marsh, what happened to you? Please expand a little?

Wow, that's a really upsetting story. Sorry to hear you have gone through so much crap. Dealing with anything down there is extremely worrying, not least when you have been messed around.

I don't think my initial consultant was great, but the one who performed the surgery was ok. I mean, I don't know if the frenuloplasty is going to work. I will try and pull the foreskin back tomorrow. I am a bit worries though. I don't think it will pull back, so am DREADING going in again to get it circ'd.

DON'T get circed unless you have tried the Glasie device or the GFS balloon first. The GFS (gentle foreskin stretcher) is available online from gfs.platigo.com. Designed by doctors. Save the foreskins!

Hey Penisprobs, thanks for sharing all of this experience with us. I'm glad to hear you were able to get the frenuloplasty and I'm curious if it was successful. I've kept up on this thread because my son is unable to retract his foreskin. He's still young (8) and there is plenty of time to work on it but he doesn't see the need to pull it back. He makes a terrible mess when he pees though because of it, but that is the only issue now.

Don't worry about it too much, mate. It's unlikely to be as bad as cancer (as you've let your imagination and anxiety run wild).

What you have is probably a more serious case of Phimosis. If you've really been at stretching your foreskin for the past year and that didn't work out for you then I suggest you consult your GP or urologist. He/she would have a better and more scientific way to explain what is going on with your foreskin and penis and will more than likely have a solution readily available.

Good luck. :)

This is my first post, and will probably be my last... but I had this, was nervous, visited the GUM clinic and...

What you have is normal. The testicle being slightly lower than the other is normal. They dont normally hang exactly side by side, if yours did you would be abnormal.

The burning sensation, so long as it is mild, is normal after ejaculation. I have this, I suspect most men do. If you pee afterwards, it doesn't feel like a normal pee, god knows why.

I had a tight foreskin, they suggested a circumcision if it was a problem. I thought to hell with that, instead I experimented gently pulling it back whenever I was in the shower. (Good to build it in to you routine in some way, that way you wont forget). In the beginning I was nervous as hell. Within a month or two I could pull it back over the head unerect with no problem. Sex and masterbation were MUCH more comfortable. When you gently pull it back with your penis unerect, just do it a few times just a little further than is comfortable, then carry on with your day.

The redness is probably a result of friction, and again is normal. Also the fact that the skin is so thin underneath the foreskin means it will look much "pinker" than normal skin. When unerect pull it far back to reveal all the skin underneath, its great to clean it when its like this.

Hope that helps.

Thanks for the advice guys.

The foreskin has become looser, but still not possible to retract even when flacid fully over the head. I have seen another consultant since and am having a circ. There really is nothing else and I have had enough of waiting to be honest.

The swelling was bad last time and I was scared everytime I went to pee. My doc/surgeon didn't tell me how to shower or how long I should wait etc. No guidance. I wasn't happy.

Hopefully now it will be sorted.

Skinboy, I bought the balloon ages ago and it was terrible. Didn't work and it couldn't fit under my skin lol.

Honey, I think you may have gathered from what I just wrote that it wasn't a success lol. BUT I would say keep an eye on your son over the next few years before he becomes a teen and is too embarrassed to say anything! I wish my mum would have said something when I was younger.

Joel, I agree about one testicle being lower than the other but still there seems to be a build up (not cancer thankfully though)!

Just remember that there's nothing wrong with being a virgin whatever age, and you should not be embarrassed to tell/show a doctor anything.

Sounds like Phimosis. A tightness of the foreskin with difficulty in withdrawing the foreskin behind the glans. I would recommend going to your doctor and there is no need to be embarrased, it's pretty common with a lot of people (i had it in the past).

The redness, itchiness and burning sensation when passing water sounds like you might have a urinary infection so better be safe than sorry.

There is nothing wrong with your penis and circumcission is only as a last resort. Stretching of the foreskin does help but with medical consultation or you might tear the foreskin slightly.

I agree, sounds like phimosis to me as well.

Take a look at this link and see if you fit any of the images or the medical descriptions:

LINK (Warning: Not all images are pretty, there is one smegma pic further down the page because a buildup of smegma often occurs and creates infection of the shaft and urinary tract in some cases of phimosis)

I would say that it is pretty important to be able to retract your foreskin all the way. You should be able to clean the skin around the glans, corona and shaft completely everyday. Partial or full phimosis prevents full cleaning of the penis from taking place. Definitely get to the doctor and see what they can do for you or what they recommend.

They might recommend slowly stretching the skin through "exercises" as some people here have mentioned, they might suggest a minor surgical procedure that helps to loosen up or decrease the foreskin a bit or in absolute cases, they will suggest adult circumcision if your condition is really bad.

Type in "phimosis" through a Google images search and take a look at various photos that pop up which display cases of different degrees of phimosis. You'll notice the worse case being men who are completely erect and cannot pull the foreskin back whatsoever. The entire penis remains hidden under foreskin. I can't see this being healthy and I bet they get a lot of infections from smegma buildup. That's my "educated" guess.
