May as well name Virginia "Vagina" I'm so fucking sick of what the conservatives continue to do to destroy women's health care and reproductive rights. I'm spitting nails right now. The entire thing is just madness gone wild.

Healthcare has gone to crap on its own. Democrats inability to detente with Republicans and both parties use of marketing techniques to pitch (and emotionalize) political platforms has destroyed our ability as a nation to create and execute effective plans to solve social problems.
