I see potential in this theory. I think a lot of boys fixate on (their own) physical attributes during sex and forget that sexual arousal is largely psychological for women. And the dominant psychological preference during is fantasies of dominance.

Once you examine it with that lens, you then understand how to fully take advantage of visual stimulation.
