Anyway, as someone who labored over three hours on an 850 word PM to a long-lost and now re-connected Frenchman* (thanks to Facebook), I can say Vive la France! Vive la liberté! Vive le "spellcheck", sans lequel je serais tout a fait perdu!

*I sent a copy to his sister who wrote me back:
