I'd use "chunky".
I hate people who can't take a joke. Don't apologize, she's not worth it. FYI my gf is 5'5", 149 lbs, with F cups and a size 5 waist and I love her and her soft body very much (and yes I have called her "chunky" in affection a few times, she can take a joke). Hell I even call skinny girls fat just to watch them react so typically. But then again I'm a certified asshole
