VOTE: Underarm Hair? Pros & Cons of Trimming/Shaving/Waxing/Natural

What's your preference? Just wondering.

Lately socially it's a lot more accepted and expected for men to be hairless.

It just looks more Hygienic for some people. Especially for sports players or guys who wear tank tops.

Pros & Cons of being Trimmed:

• Deodorant goes on easier and you need less of it
• less odor
• easier to shower and clean

Pros & Cons of Being Shaved:

• Deodorant goes on easier and you need less of it
• less odor
• easiser to shower and clean
• BUT there is iritation sometimes
• BUT things can get itchy as the hair starts to grow back i

Pros & Cons of Being Waxed:

• Hurts like hell
• Bleeds
• iritation and redness
• deodorant can sting
• itchy when hair grows back in
• but you do use a lot less deodorant and there's a lot less odor

Pros & Cons of Being Natural:

• No irritation or redness from shaving.waxing
• natural look can be good or bad
• harder to put on deodorant
• deodorant doesn't work as good because it's on your hair and not close to the pores that are the cause of odor
• looks nasty when you put on deodorant and it's all just... caked in

I trim, but not too short, once in a while...

I trim occasionally because otherwise I get one huge curl of hair in the middle and less all around it. I just don't like the way it looks and trimming sorts it out in a minute. I think maybe I shaved once, it was itchy, strange and didn't last long.

Trim all round, including the balls with a battery opertaed set of clippers, specialy designed for trimming body hair.

Think you get the best of both worlds with trimmed.... not much razor burn (If any), with less poss body odour, and a neater apperance.... + when using deodorant, not much stinging.

trim along with the rest of my body hair. don't do my pits as often as my pubes though. shave my balls only because of the most benefit for the amount of time it takes--love the sensitivity

I shave under my arms, but then, I'm a girl and women with hairy armpits is just uh GROSS. I shave my legs too. The muff is currently natural but in the summer was waxed or trimmed (I never shave my pubes).

Not in my part of the world it isn't?! When has it become more socially acceptable for men to shave their armpits? I think it looks ugly.

I shave my pits coz its more hygenic. Although I do prefer other guys to have some hair there, but not too much.

Its not good to look like u have Tina Turner in a headlock!

I trim, but try to get it very short, then let it grow for a few weeks before trimming again. Pros: It's more aerodynamic. (Not as aerodynamic as shaved/waxed, but much easier to do.)

This whole issue is a personal preference with no right or wrong. I tend to perspire heavily so from the aroma point of view I'm better off without the oder trapping hair.
