I'm built thick I guess. Makes me look small downstairs. Especially since my legs are like 25-26 inches around lol

I'm so glad someone brought this up. I'm 6'2", 254lbs., and 38" waist. I've been trying to get down to a 36" waist for months now but my winter eating habits and my thick thighs are getting in the way of my goals. I work out 5-6 days a week with lots of cardio thrown it so the only thing I can attribute this to is maybe I wasn't meant to be 32" by normal standards. Then again, what is considered "normal" anyway?

You nailed it. Fitness is, in my opinion/experience, almost equally diet and exercise. Even if you are eating healthy food, I'll wager that you are eating too much.

Protein (beef, chicken, seafood): a portion is the size of a deck of cards, 3-4 ounces and no more
Bread: don't touch the stuff
Potato chips: lardass
Ice cream: for fat chicks

I am 6'2". 165 pounds and wear size 32 pants. I maintain this size and weight by exercising EVERY DAY, or else I'd look like my dad and brother, pot bellied. I've been size 32 for as long as I care to remember, and at 51, that's awhile.
