6'6", 190lbs, and I wear 36" pants. 36" is a little too loose, but 34" is a bit too snug. Clearly I need to lay off the beer!

Currently:
5'6"
189 pounds
31-32" waist
:biggrin1: (very happy where I am now - muscular and getting leaner)

My lightest (when I was in university 20 years ago):
148 pounds
28" waist
 (a little too light, but I enjoyed being really thin)

My heaviest (2 years ago):
220 pounds
37" waist
 (way too heavy, and unhappy with the way I looked)

Eliminating sugar from diet helped me shed those pounds, and gave me more energy to workout harder 3 times per week.

I am 5' 7", 165#, my waist in 31".

We went to a local burger place yesterday. The guy behind the grill was at least 6' 3" with shoulders the size of a linebacker's and a waist no bigger than mine. I could hardly take my eyes off him.

its not all its cracked up to be...trust me.

I hit my head at least a half dozen times a day on light fixtures, door frames, etc.

AGREED! Try being almost 7 1/2 feet tall in a world built for 5'10". Not only is it painful, but I swear I am starting forget things every time I smash my head. Lucky for me I have a great ass to rely on!

6', 172 lbs, 34" waist, trying to get it down to 33" or 32". I used to be >200 and 39" waist, ugh.

I detest buying pants these days with the waist sizing that is basically outright lies to make fat Americans feel better about themselves, sigh. Depending on the cut and/or brand I can wear anything from a 31" to a 36".

I never used to have to try anything on, but thanks to Vanity Sizing I do... I miss the days when a size 30" waist and a 36" inseam meant that they would fit. (when you can find them) http://www.lpsg.com/201958-vanity-sizing.html

6'5", 210 lbs., 34" waist in the summer, when I'm active and lose the stomach fat, to 36" waist in the winter, when I'm more sedate and slowly get out of shape. Funny thing is that my weight never changes at all, only the ratio of body fat to toned muscle.

30" waist. I was a 29" my senior year in HS. I'm only 5'8" though. I'm still working to be 29" again but I like my beer.
