I saw the movie last night. If it's real, it's quite large. If it's fake, then it's a good fake. I suspect it's fake.

Co-Star, Ken Marino, was on Conan a while back and also said they used a prosthetic penis to fit over his real penis so that even though the guy was naked almost the entire shoot, it wouldn't be as awkward for anyone on the set. He said that other actors would even play with it a bit.

Joe Lo Truglio - IMDb This is the actor. He looks a bit different in the film and I have to say that it is a great fake but you never really get a good look... Almost but not quite.
