Wank party - games

So I recently started organising a wank group. It's strictly a straight wank party, just a bunch of lads who enjoy company of other lads jacking off. Thing is, most of us don't really know each other so to get the boys to ease into it, we're thinking of starting off with some drinking / stripping games.

Just wondering if anyone got any ideas for good drinking / stripping games that we can play as a group? (from personal experience maybe?!)

Make everybody draw a card at a time from a deck. Whoever picks the predetermined suit (clubs, diamonds etc) has to take off one piece of clothing. Repeat till everybody's nude. Have porn playing while that's going on. Lame, but it'll get clothes off.

Don't really wanna get the clothes off too fast, coz the point is to build up some kinda comradery, otherwise it's just another one of those blow n go event, which ain't what we're after.
