Often when I mess with my sleep schedule, such as when I have a few days off work and I'm staying up later and sleeping in later I feel a bit groggy the first day off, a bit like jet lag I guess. Just general tiredness like I need to sleep more, even though I've had around 7-8 hours sleep.
I'm also beginning to notice that if I go along and have a nice wank while I'm feeling like this, once I'm done I feel energised again and I've completely lost my grogginess symptoms.
Certainly not complaining about the cure, but has anyone else experienced something simillar?
