Want to be a hanger

Ok I guess I'm what they call a "grower". I'm small in the flaccid state, like 1"-2" and around 5 1/2" erect, I know not large, I have been told I'm thick though. Anyways I have always wanted to be my erect length, when flaccid. When I'm flaccid, it's up tight and no hanging what so ever, my balls are the same way. The only time my balls hang and cock hang is when getting out of a hot shower or soaking in the jacuzzi or sitting in the sauna. I love the way it feels when they are hanging. I was wondering if there is any way of my junk permanently hanging? Thanks.

I am discovering that PE works. It helps most of all in the flaccid hang. I'd give it a try if I were you too.
