Then again, there was a "study" done years ago concluding that looking at a woman's breasts had the same effect on the male body as doing 30 minutes of cardio workouts.

If you feel you're particularly at risk, I see no reason you shouldn't have a healthy dose of both...be aware that some patients require multiple treatments for complete prophylaxis.
