Want to start PE... anyone suggest a routine?

    I want to start doing some PE exercises to test the results.

    Could anyone suggest a 'beginners' routine?

    Check out Thundersplace.org -- there are lots of info and programs for PE.
    Look at the newbie routine of stretching and jelqing.
    Biggest recommendation is to take it slow and don't overdo it.
    Almost anyone who has PEed overdid it in the beginning.

    Lots of good routines try this one

    I find easiest way is to just do these 3 times in a row
    Straight Down and to left: 30 seconds
    Straight Down: 30 seconds
    Straight Down and to right: 30 seconds
    Next you will do 25 Circular Stretches which means you just gently pull and move around in a circular motion. Take about 2-3 seconds to do every circle.
    Straight Out and to left: 30 seconds
    Straight Out: 30 seconds
    Straight Out and to Right: 30 seconds
    25 circular stretches
    Straight Up and to left: 30 seconds
    Straight up: 30 seconds
    Straight Up and to right: 30 seconds
    25 Circular Stretches
    Remember to do each stretch 3x

    stick with stretching, jelquing, and your kegels.

    Just today I started on this program. But I do not do 3 and 5....because I find these exercises difficult because I am not circumcised (to much foreskin...). My plan is to do it 3 times a week, at least in the beginning. If I see some results, I may consider to do the PE 4-5 times a weak. But right now I am a little concerned to overdo it. After todays first exercise I feel a little bruising on my dickhead:redface:

    I start from 7 inches (yes I know that compared to many of your guys I am not that big..). I am curios to see if I will get any results. But honestly I am a little sceptical with these things. But I would not complain if I could get just one more inch :rolleyes: . I am only interested in length, not girth.
