Big Al, you have mentioned that it is good to pump after a PE session because it keeps the blood in the penis longer. Or to do a hot wrap because it keeps the blood fresh or something like that.

Does that really help more in the recovery process?
Is it important to stay a certain size after a PE session for a while?
And for how long? :confused:

I think it does. Just like why people say edging is important after working out, because the blood contained can accelerate recovering. I think 10~15 should be adequate.

It helps because if there's any damage on the cellular level, adequate blood flow will speed healing.

There's no defined size that you have to be after your workout, but you should attempt to "warm down" for at least 5 minutes or so. Combined with your stamina work, this should leave your penis in a semi-pumped state for at least 30 minutes or so.
