Warming up

Ok i am 19 and i live with my parents and i hardly have no time whatsoever to myself. Now i wanna be discreet in doing this. So whats the best way to warm up? I know about the rice sock thing, but i just don't think i can get away with that.

I use an infra red lamp now, but when I started PE I just put my dick in a cup of hot water.

Do your warm ups in the shower or bath. You can even do them on any kind of bathroom break where you have the reasonable expectation of privacy.
