He was one of the first wave of male objectification on the mainstream media. I remember my first reaction watching that Diet Coke tv advert (1994). Read online during auditions he said he was probably the eldest male model there as all the others were in the late teens and mid 20's, admittedly he did say they were more good looking and muscular built but the casting agents did like the attitudes of the others as they believed that most of them came across very arrogant, plus he said there was quite a lot of macho posturing among the other male models. He believed he was chosen because of his unassuming behaviour, he had many television acting roles. Now he is a restauranteur in Los Angeles.
