Was talking to this straight married guy about business and he immediately switches the conversation to sex. Saying that to be successful in business is like being successful with women. He went on to say that dominance could get a woman or a man to suck your dick. It creates an attraction that doesn't just work on the opposite sex but the same gender too. He then proceeded to tell me how he gets a ton of pussy and gets his dick sucked whenever etc.

My gut is saying he was testing my boundaries but I'm doubting myself. I never knew he would be so brazen because he's normally really well mannered but then again it's also in a professional setting.

Thoughts?

Sounds like a classic narcissist. Sex is transactional but more than just emotionless, it's a demonstration of his manipulative skill to get what he wants, when he wants it.

They live for the conquest that feeds their ego.

Great points. He mentioned reading people well and having a not give a crap attitude about getting what he wants.

In 2020, conversations like in the workplace are fraught with risk. To engage with that guy in any way that is sexual might lead to bad repercussions. When a colleague at work says something sexual, best to just nod and steer the conversation in a different direction.
