ebay/ paypal / squaretrade will reimburse you. just be sure and follow whatever shipping/return rules to the letter. you may need proof you sent it. also all correspondance should be done through ebay message. don't talk on the phone because then its just he said vs she said..

How many feedbacks did the seller have? how many were negative? how long have they been a member?
