Hello you all 
I've noticed that when i'm at work, having a naked friend at his place do his life and show it on Skype helps me focus a LOT.
It's sort of like having a naked human pet that I can watch. It doesn't need to be sexual and it doesn't need to be particularly interesting (cleaning, tyding up, reading, watching series) but it makes me feel like I have something I need to be careful of and my works is immediately so much more efficient.
I usually do it on skype because it's possible to have a little skype window on top of all other windows
I know it's weird, I don't know if it's part of the range of dom/sub practice.
It may some boring to some... or even weird, but i think it's very soothing for many others.
