I will celebrate the death of Roberts, just as I was glad to see Falwell die. Maybe they will do no more harm.

There will always be charismatic leaders who preach messages of hate under the guise of religion. The harm is not gone because of their death. It lives on in those that have chosen to blindly accept and follow their teachings. Roberts may be physically gone but his bigotry and hate is alive and well amongst his followers. The death of his teachings and the end of his congregation would be more cause to celebrate.

it is sad when, for personal gain, the religeous right agenda is pushed. the saddest part is that the religeous right indeed think their name is a validation of their warped ideas. its a directional!! not a validation!!
i have counselled people who have been mindfucked by roberts. let the man die you say. unfortunately the stains of his religeous vomit clouds the minds of so many that used to be fine. until they exchanged what he called prison clothes for the garmenbts of robets hate and homophobia!!
