You know, PE helps a lot for that. Try it for a month or 2. I did it for about 6 months. Had some size gains (that were temporary, once I stopped PE, that is), but my erections got much harder during the course of PE, an effect which lasted, and still lasts to this day. Erections hard as a brick. And, actually, harder and stiffer erections than when I had when I was a teenager. Thinking about starting a PE routine up again, just for the vanity size gain. There is talk that there are vascular health advantages to PE, and I'm a FIRM believer in that theory.
