So I read a bunch of threads on here and a bunch of articles on the internet about weak/quick erections. Theres so many possible causes I don't even know where to start. It could be low testosterone, over masterbation, damaged penis tissue, poor bloodflow, psychological, etc etc. Well I'm 22 so I don't think I should be having weak erections. I can get it up but it isn't a full hard on and it needs constant stimulation or disappears awfully quickly. I rarely get morning wood or spontaneous erections. I don't really even know where to start. I've always had low energy throughout my life so maybe it could low testosterone. I'm 6'2 195 lbs so I'm certainly not overweight and I don't smoke but I don't exercise much either and I eat fairly poorly. I probably masterbate 5-6 times a week which sounds like it could be the issue too. Anyone have any ideas where I should start? My first thoughts are to stop masterbating for a while and maybe start running and lifting weights again. If that doesn't work where should I go from there?
