I've suffered with Peyronie's Disease three times in the last 20 years, and am now in my fourth flare. But in the five years since my last episode, my girth has actually increased by 1/2" - all due to expansion of the right corpora. All my life I was 5.75" girth, and now I'm 6.25" - this has happened over about five years.
I've come to learn this is a sign that the tunica has weakened and expanded, like stretched out elastic. I'd never before heard of such a thing and can't find anything about it online, other than passing references to Urologists saying this "weak tunica" can make penile implants a bit tricky.
My question is, have any of you guys experienced an unexplained growth in girth over a few years? My fear is that this thinner, weaker tunica is more susceptible to fracture or rupture, which is a truly frightening thought.
Thanks,
eisenhower
