I love my Kilt, I'm a redhead and my DNA test reveled I'm mostly Scottish with some English, Welsh and Norwegian thrown in.
I try to wear it when I can and here in Arizona you can wear it most of the year.
Of course I don't wear anything under it except a cockring.

So would you reach up under it?

Kilts have great easy access.Easy to shoot or be fucked.

Had a guy in a gay bar reach under mine without asking grabbed his hand so fast and twisted back behind his back and explained he needed to ask first as I pushed him face down on the bar

I've only had one experience wearing a kilt. I was at a theater party one time and the hostess said she had a surprise for me. She took me up to her bedroom, whipped out her husband's kilt, and helped me put it on. It was more innocent than it sounds. The whole regalia was there. It was a beautiful grey plaid kilt, tons of pleats, and quite heavy which made walking, turning, and sitting in it quite possible without revealing more than necessary. The whole outfit had been purchased in Scotland on a vacation trip. Suit coat, shirt, tie, socks, kilt, everything needed for that great look. I really liked wearing it. Very mascuine, surprisingly, and comfortable. My surprise from the hostess was that I needed to model it for the guests. No, I did not go commando, though I wish had for all the fools that asked what was I was wearing underneath. At that point in my life, I was still in my wholesome tidy whitie phase. You can be proud of me, I did flash those! Today, I'd go commando, and they'd get full Scottish male tradition!
I have been wearing Kilts, I have two, or regular skirts and yes my Late wife bought me a nice blue dress or even a Sarong and that is of course during the summer. Kilts since 2006 or so. I never wore anything always commando and even when I see my doctor in my kilt or skirt but now I have to get dresses better as our temperature is far below zero Celsius so I wear tights those stay up style. I have plenty panty hose but with my medical condition "Orchialgia" I cannot wear undies as it is too painful and I already lost my left testicle.

What's his name? Maybe I can find more online
His name is Finlay Wilson...he has at least 2 IGs- business and personal, husband also has a business/personal IG and they both run a FB page for each of them- he's the Kilted Yoga Scottish guy, has released a few books (1-2 I think), a calendar or two over the years and is pretty internet savvy...I've been on the hunt for years for any leaks of him and have found ZERO. He and his hubby have also started running Yoga retreats- like 1-2 a year to various EU locations- I think one was Greece and another upcoming or recent one is Spain.

I'm near Scotland, and many lads wear kilts at formal events. I'd like to wear a kilt someday, but Im unsure if it could represent an offence to Scottish people as cultural appropriation cause Im not Scottish or something like that. Is any Scottish guy here to double check this, please? :D
