Has anyone been with a guy that has webbing (?) between the head of his penis and shaft? It is the best way that I can explain it. Looks kind of like webbing with perforations. Maybe a blotched circumcision (??).
I did a search here and someone mentioned bridging. I believe that is what is was, though the guy was circumcised.

Welcome to LPSG. The condition is called scrotal webbing. I have seen several cases in photos and in one video. I searched quickly on line and it does appear that it can occur from circumcision, especially in the instance of a tight cut. It said that since circumcision is usually performed so early, a doctor really has no idea how it will affect the patient as an adult, but did indicate that it is rare.
