Are you referring to cam modeling? if so, there are many cam sites already out there, some are free, others get a fee based upon what you charge someone.

First thing would be to secure a domain name, something like thainoo.com, then register it. Several hosting sites, for example, godaddy, offer services to register the name for a small fee and renewal fee. The some hosting sites also offer free webpage builder apps, which will build a basic site.
