First of all i want to say hi to everyone on here as this is my first post. My problem started few months ago while trying to do it in a sauna. That was the first time i was with a girl and didn't get erect. Now since then i have week erections. My penis doesn't get ramdom erections only on some mornings. I have been with a girl and my errection was gone after 10 minutes of making out. Anyone got any good advice on what can i do? THX

Well Hemiman...I have some experience with this kind of thing. First of all, as other posters said, the fact that you're having sex in a sauna or steam room may be be one reason why you are not having strong erections. Your heart is busy pumping the blood through your body at an accelerated rate and can't give priority to your dick.

The other reason might be your testosterone levels. For some reason, your profile isn't filled out, so I don't know how old you are, but as we approach middle age, our testosterone levels sometimes get lower.

If this is a possibility, have it checked by your Doctor; it's a simple blood test. I was diagnosed with low testosterone in 2003 and had to give myself injections and put on gels until March of this year!

I've cured myself by working out my muscles which also raises teststerone levels (which is why men are horny after working out). Now, I have ROCK SOLID erections! Woohoo!

Hemiman, as mentioned in other posts here, the best thing really would be to talk to your Doctor... I know it can be an embarrassing subject but trust me they're the best people to help! Let us know how you get on, mate.
