You could try to use some sort of volume displacement. For example, if you can find out how much water your cock + balls displace, you can calculate the mass. Density = Mass/Volume, where Density H20=1.0.
Then from mass, calculate the weight using Weight = (Mass)(gravitational constant)
Then from mass, calculate the weight using Weight = (Mass)(gravitational constant)
