Weight Hanging Routine?

Whats up guys,


I have had the Zen Hanging kit for a little bit now with my own weights i made on it. I was wondering what everyones routine is that hangs?

How long and how often?
What weight you are at? (IDK if i should put more weight on went or not.)
How long you have been doing it and what you have gotten out of it so far.


My personal routine is I try to wake up and put on my Zen strap with about 2.5 pounds on for an hour every morning. I do feel that it is doing something but i have only been doing my steady routine for about 3 weeks.

Ok so to Continue with this.

I have the ZEN Cotton Hanging Penis Weights & Penis Hanging Systems | Zen Hanger

I have my own homemade set of weights that i put on that weight 4lbs. I use the Silicone Comfort sleeve when hanging. I normally will put it towards the head of my dick and let hang. Sometimes I place it closer to the base to help target there more.

What weight is everyone else using? I fell it might be time to bump up in weight.

What do you guys think?
