I've lost roughly 100 pounds in the past year - naturally - no surgery or diet pills. Just controlling what I eat, eliminating soft drinks (except 2 per week), moderate activity (moving instead of just sitting and doing nothing), etc. I've experienced a boost in energy and other benefits. Yes, it has proven true with me, the weight loss equaled at least another inch or two in visible length when erect (still a grower, no way near a shower), increased stamina, etc. It can be done, just takes patience and a little effort.

I am with you. Read the book The Blood Sugar Solution and my wife and I started July 19. I am down 50 from my highest (35 from starting July 19). My wife is down 25. Cut out all the processed food. Only an occasional soda and I ride my bike at least two miles a day. Lost a pound a day for awhile and now more like a pound a week. Down is a great direction. As for visible length, yep, more to see with less to cover it. Made love to my wife the other night and noticed I felt like I was going deeper. All good things. Keep it up!

How are you guys loosing it? Any pills? Just exercise.
You have to burn more calories than you take in. This can be done in two ways:
1. reduce the amount of calories you take in: eat/drink less junk food/processed food; eat more healthy food like salad, vegetables, nuts, good oils (e.g. coconut, olive oil) etc.; prepare meals yourself using natural ingredients so you do know what you're eating; listen to your body and stop eating when you're full
2. move your body to burn more calories: basically cardio burns calories; gaining muscle mass raises the basic metabolic rate of your body so you burn more calories at rest
You can still have some ice-cream or a piece of cake from time to time if you exercise enough and pay attention to your eating habits.

Literally, an infinite amount. Being overweight can lead to heart disease and stroke, diabetes and certain types of cancer. Losing weight in a healthy way will help with educing these risks
