H8Monga: Oh sure... the blood doesn't reach every part of the body either, making that overweight person numb all the time... they never get full erections...
7x6andchg: Actually, Hapi, shesaidwow has a point. If someone is overweight and because of that has heart problems, it can effect the rigidity and size of erection. Any condition that effects circulation, such as diabetes, heart murmur, etc., can have the same effect as well, in my understanding. Long-term smokers, for example, tend to have erections that aren't as rigid.
However, the pubic fat pad being larger is usually the main culprit.
7x6andchg: Well if you're relatively young, and/or have no cardiac problems, it likely won't be the culprit...but it can be.
In my line of work I have dealt with many diabetics who have noted this (as well as decreased circulation to the hands/feet) as a side effect. Of course, the #1 contributing factor to adult-onset diabetes is being overweight...it's a vicious cycle, man...
James249620002000: I have not been on this group in a while. Since January, I have been going to Weight Watchers and have lost nearly 85 pounds. (Yes, I am almost normal weight now.) I have been impressed with how much longer my dick looks without the fat, how much more of it is actually available to me (It is still the same length as always, but it is much more accessible.) In addition, I am having stronger erections more often! All good reasons to loose weight. It has been great. Wish I had done it a along time ago. I do however have the hanging flab problem and don't think I can afford surgery. I hope that over time it will tighten some.
Jamblastx: Wow, funny to see my old thread pop up again. I have not done the plastic surgery it is a very invasive procedure so I have eally been stepping it up with the weight training in order to put some of the weight back but on the right places. I have gained about 16 lbs (to 200 lbs) but I have retained my 32 inch waist and my 'skin' problem is a little better. My goal is to add about another 20-25 lbs of muscle and see where that leaves me. As far as my cock is concerned, at this point the longest I have measured it now has been almost 7 3/4 inches which means I actually 'gained' 1 3/4 inches since my weight loss. I still can't believe that!
MAJOR congratulations on your weight loss! And, equal measures of congratulations on your gains (healthwise and sizewise).
I've been at a bit of a standstill, but, the motivation of health (as well as lost inches) shall inspire me to continue. I still remember how much more impressive I looked when I was much thinner (in and out of clothing). And, how much better I felt, too!
110lbskinnyboy: I had a friend who became Anorexic although not drastically so, he was 60kgs and went down to 40 before seeking help. But from what he told me after his ordeal was over was that he noticed a huge change is his dick size. So I'd say that weight loss definately leads to a bigger dick
drrionelli: Your friend went down to 40kg? I hope he didn't suffer any permanent damage to his health as a result. Unless he's very short-statured, that's clearly far too thin.
Yeah, I've had the same experience all right. When I was 20, or so, I had 7" soft, then when I ballooned up 240 lbs, I'd found out that my gut had taken, no stolen 2 inches. Now I'm back down to my fighting weight of 180, and have gotten them back. Gives a whole perspective on taking off the inches to REGAIN the inches! LOL.
drrionelli: Congratulations, Chuck! And, not only did you gain back your "misplaced" inches but, in all likelihood, you'll be in a better state of health to enjoy them!
It can happen. When I was in my '20s, I was a 165lbs. But then I gained weight and lost some size. But I pulled myself up and lost the weight with a vengeance and got the size back. I can remember reading an old MEN'S HEALTH article about this very subject. ;D
By the by, folks, if anybody's interested, the article in question can be found in the May '97 MEN'S HEALTH, pgs130-131.
Have fun with it! 8)

Yea, and I bet losing something you love (cuz everyman loves his penis ) and getting it back really would make you appriciate those inches more! Congrats to you, pal! Did you go on the Subway diet? j/k
As much as I enjoy a nice fresh, cold cut sandwich every now and then, I really didn't make them part of my weight loss program. Yeah, and for that matter, I didn't go on the Atkin's diet either. My cholesterol's high enough without it.

To tell the truth, I used the e- dieting system. Very simple without the pain of all the regular stuff.

Apparently, when you lose quite a lot of weight, your dick does grow some, you get an inch or so taller, and your feet can shrink slightly.
Pity I've got very little fat to lose, cos I don't like being 6'4" much :-/[/quote]
What? You don't like being 6'4"? Man, I'd LOVE to be 6'4" right about now. Because, believe me, 5'9" just ISN'T cutting it , although it seems the "rest" of my adult height went into my penis instead of my bones and cartilage (sp)... Ah, well...

Yeah, I'm overweight, and my erections have largely remained the same over the years...
