Keto might be good for you. High fat, high protein <15 grams of carbs per day. Also eat at a caloric deficit and you should be good.

This probably isn't healthy long-term but for short-term as long as you don't have a heart condition, the combination of ephedrine, caffeine, and aspirin drops fat pretty quickly. Also, green tea extract helps. I will occasionally take a green tea extract pill (which also normally has caffeine--check the ingredients) or half of a 200mg caffeine pill, a 25mg ephedrine pill (bronkaid has 25mg per pill), and 1 325mg aspirin 3x per day. One of the good things about this combination is that most of the weight loss is fat, not water or muscle.

Beware if you do buy Bronkaid that it also has guaifenesin (med that thins mucus so you can get rid of phlegm more easily) in it so I wouldn't take more than one pill at a time because I don't know how much you can take without it causing side-effects. I haven't seen for a while any legit stores that sell just ephedrine on its own and I don't trust ordering it online.

Here are some links that explain how it works. Good luck!

Depends if the goal is to be healthier or just to loose weight fast. I loose weight by going vegan for a little while. Eat a lot of produce. Get your protein from beans and nuts, not dairy and meat. People say "eat healthy foods" but a lot of people don't really know what healthy food is because we are told by the meat and dairy industry our whole lives that their products are healthy. VEGETABLES are healthy. Vegetables don't have million dollar ad campaigns on their side. If you want long-term health, eat your veggies. Oh, and no soda. I don't care if it's diet. No soda.

This. I'm in ketosis and have lost 15+ in a month. If you use it as a crash diet, though... Trust that the weight WILL come back. Do your research on how to reintroduce carbs/carb cycle/keto diet properly and the weight loss will be sustainable.

I've found from personal experience that simultaneous bouts with dysentery and food poisoning is very effective for rapid weight loss ..... but I wouldn't recommend it!

Seriously, reducing your caloric intake and increasing your physical activity (exercise) is the only way to go for sensible weight loss. How quickly and easily that loss will occur has a lot to do with your own unique metabolic pathways and rate. For some people exercise is crucial as without it dieting can convince your body that you're starving and the body's survival response is to store every possible calorie it can in fat. If the medical and scientific communities ever fully figure out how to control our metabolic complexities weight loss will become a much simpler process.

Vegetables are they key for doing that in a healthy way. And cutting out most grains, refined or otherwise. Losing 10 lbs in a month isn't way too fast but only if that is your end goal. I wouldn't try loosing much more weight at that speed, you'll end up crashing and rebounding.

Weight loss is like 70% diet, 30% exercise.

Most important is taking control of and reducing your caloric intake -- such as by cutting out excess things, like junk food and pretty much any drinks (except water). Then, on top of that, increasing your activity will help keep your body healthy while you're losing weight. (That is, exercise should be a priority, but it isn't going to help if you don't control your diet first.)

On the other hand, fat loss/muscle gain is a different and much more complex story... but since you're looking only to lose weight, you don't have to worry about it.

actually 10 pounds in a month is a fairly healthy rate to lose it at, 1-2 lbs a week is what most doctors recommend and that would only be 2.5lbs a week, hell for the first 2 months of my weight loss i was loosing about 5lbs a week and was perfectly fine course i was much bigger than he is so it was probably not much of a shock to my system

on the diet and exercise thing i used both caloriesperhour.com and livestrong.com to track calories burned and food consumed i highly recommend either one. both are free but livestrong does have a premium membership too for more customizable options

Trying to loose weight quickly is a very bad idea but if you are determined to do it the best way to go about it is...
No Salt
No Sugar
No Fried Food
No Alcohol

Work out five times a week for 40 minutes and drink a lot of water.

I think it's really important to not think of dieting on a short term time table but rather a lifetime lifestyle change. I gained quite a bit of weight when I quit smoking and since I gained it slowly; I took the advice of my doctor and decided it was not in my long term best interests to try to loose it quickly.

I have a system that works great for me. I follow The Mediterranean Diet Monday- Friday and on the weekend I eat anything I want (at the table only) for breakfast, lunch and dinner,no snacks. I go to the gym three days a week for about an hour and I play tennis on Sunday for about two hours. The thing that makes weight loss work is proper diet and exercise in combination. The trick is finding a diet that leaves you satiated after meals and an exercise regime that you enjoy doing. Good Luck...This is a tough time of year to try to loose weight. (I'm generally 10 pounds heavier between Thanksgiving and the new year.
