Hi,

Just wondering if there is any consensus on the amount of weight that it necessary to wear to provide provide lengthening, and the sort of time that is advised to wear the weight?:confused:

ie, is a heavier weight for short periods better than a lighter weight for longer periods?

I presume most people would find it easier to manage heavier weights for short periods, as presumably, they are out-and-about with work and social engagements, making it difficult to find a lot of time to wander around (or sit about) with a weight hanging from their penis?:frown1:

If you're going to hang weights, start off light and slowly work up in weight over time to avoid injury. Some advanced weight hangers have worked up to hanging for several hours a day, but I advise more of a "middle of the road approach" and suggest hanging for up to an hour in 15 minute blocks- hang for 15 minutes, rest and massage during your intervals, then resume. Of course, as a beginner, you'll work up to hanging for 15 minutes, then slowly increase the total time on subsequent workout days until you're hanging for 1 hour total.
