Since i was 14 perhaps i have had things on the edge of my 'head'. Might be Penila Papula or whatever you call it. its not a STD cause ive never had sex. it's like a crown of thorns that jesus wore when he died. they are red small things.

Why do you "dare not" go to a doctor? You can go to a free clinic and be examined. I don't know what it could be or if you could catch something (like warts) without having sex. It's best if you go to a doctor. Why not post some pictures?

What do you think doctors are there for? Hell man, suck it up and go to a doctor if you're this worried. Let's say the average doctor sees 20 patients a day, half men, that's 10 times 4 days a week for how many years? Doctors see penises all the time. He's not going to get his kink on with you nor are you with him.

you are most likely very normal. I too have bumps on the head of my penis. They are not STDs but are very normal. If you are that ate up about it you should see a specialist.

sexperience - why not go to the doctors or an sti clinc - penile papules are normally white not red.

theres certain things you go to a doctor for without question:

1) thing on the genitals
2) unusual bleeding, anywhere
