Personally, I am fond of large breasts, and my wife has a nice set of 38DDs to go along with her lovely face, wonderful figure, and exceptional intellect and personality.
That said, prior to getting married, I dated women with smaller B/C cups and a couple of other women with really big boobs (E/F cup). While I confes to being a tit man, I can also appreciate women with small/average size breasts. There is a lot more to a woman than just her tits, and the intangibles like wit, personality, intelligence, etc., are important in any lasting relationship (along with sex of course)
