Wet Dream When In Bed With Your Partner

Has anyone had a wet dream when in bed with your girlfriend/wife partner? If so what was their and your reaction?

This has actually happened to me once. It was years ago and it threw me off because the girl that I was in my bed obviously we had sex so I shouldn’t have a wet dream but for some reason I woke up and it was a mess

Her reaction wasn’t much. We honestly had sex again

To the best of my knowledge I have only had one wet dream and it was recently while in bed with my wife. I typically will wake up from the dream just prior to ejaculating it seems. We talked about it being the first time I could remember ever actually having a wet dream and she wanted to know what I was dreaming about. We had sex later that morning.
