How do divers train to get such great bodies? Do they follow along the lines of gymnasts? Honestly, they climb ladders to get to the board and then jump. It's all over in a matter of a second. How does that create a great body? Once they are in the air, they have to be able to twist, roll, etc. I know it isn't easy to do the dives and they are great athletes. Divers, help me out. How do they train?
