The danger of Halloween is not in the scary things we see but in the secret, wicked, cruel activities that go on behind the scenes. These activities include:
  • Sex with demons
  • Orgies between animals and humans
  • Animal and human sacrifices
  • Sacrificing babies to shed innocent blood
  • Rape and molestation of adults, children and babies
  • Revel nights
  • Conjuring of demons and casting of spells
  • Release of "time-released" curses against the innocent and the ignorant.
this chick has been to some fucking crazy halloween parties.
Sounds more like the kind of Halloween parties that US presidents go to :

The word "holiday" means "holy day." But there is nothing holy about Halloween. The root word of Halloween is "hallow," which means "holy, consecrated and set apart for service." If this holiday is hallowed, whose service is it set apart for? The answer to that question is very easy—Lucifer's!

Utter ignorance. Ignorance of language, of religion, and of the history of both. It's amazing how easily people are given free reign to voice whatever drivel their tiny minds can cook up without the least bit of fact checking.

Anyone with any basic knowledge of catechism already knows that Halloween is a linguistic mutation of All Hallow's Eve...as in, the day before All Hallow's Day, the religious holiday (yes, holy day) also known as All Saints' Day.

She probably should be made aware that though Halloween's origins are indeed pagan, and probably of a "Celtic" ( I hate that term it's so vague ) origin, had Christians not turned it in to the Feast of All Hallows, followed tomorrow by the Feast of All Saints, it would probably have died out more than a millennium and a half ago. The modern Halloween is the decendent of a Christianised festival for the celebration of the souls and memories of the Hallowed dead.

Not only is this woman very stupid but if she's looking for someone to lay Halloween on then she only has Christians to blame. Fucktard.

Well said ! One would think being a fukin preacher the dumbass would know the diff between Mabon and Samhain !!!!

Happy belated Samhain btw

A minor correction: All Hallows' and All Saints' Day are the same (Nov. 1), a day to honor the hallowed dead...namely, those whose souls have achieved the state of purity said to be required to enter the gates of heaven. The following day (usually Nov. 2) is All Souls' Day, or the Day of the Dead (Día de los Muertos), a feast to celebrate those departed souls who remain in purgatory.

Your quite right of course, and Halloween, the night before All Hallows is the "Eve of [or before] All Hallows" hence Hallow's E'en, hence Halloween. How remiss of me

There is some link to the germanic Walpurgis Nacht also which currently escapes me.
